★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place in the middle of the mountains. No crowds, no noise... just perfect to relax and get away from the day-to-day hustle and bustle. Tasty food, both for breakfast and dinner, clean rooms and a very friendly staff (especially Alex, the receptionist) Keep up the good work and, hopefully, we'll be seeing each other again in the winter or next year definitely! Tschüss!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the Edelweiss Apartment proved a good base to explore the Hohe Tauern and East Tirol region (3.5 stars out of 5). For the price, 80 euros per night for 2 adults and one child, it represented good value as the price included both a simple breakfast and dinner buffet. Dinner service also included beer and wine with our meal. I emphasize value over quality, as this is not a five star establishment. The apartment itself was spacious and offered plenty of room for 3 people. The bed was comfortable, however, the other bed was a sofa bed and an adult might not find it very comfortable. Wifi in the apartment was not very strong, so we used it when we visited the hotel across the road for our meals. The staff were friendly and took good care of us during our staff, letting us make sandwiches off the breakfast buffet for lunch and print out tickets in the reception area.
