Personal spricht nur rumänisch(der rumänische Chef auch englisch). Kalte Zimmer. Bad hat keine Heizung und keine Steckdose. Fernsehprogramm ist nur Ameisenrennen. Kaffee und Kuchen fallen ganz weg. Baustelle und Pfusch. Wenn sie ihre Frau nicht leiden können, buchen Sie unbedingt hier. Cut off heating pipes. Salad buffet consists of a green salad leaves. Electric cables hang from the wall. Staff speaks only Romanian (the Romanian boss also English). Cold rooms. Bathroom has no heating and no outlet. TV program is just ant races. Coffee and cake are completely gone. A	Achilleus A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles was wir brauchten unser Zimmer war wirklich gemütlich, das Bad sauber und die Heizung hat funktioniert. Es war alles vorhanden was für uns wichtig war. Beim Frühstück hat uns nichts gefehlt genauso wenig wie beim Abendessen. Es gab immer Abwechslung und jeden Tag etwas Anderes. Es stimmt das, dass Personal kein Deutsch spricht, aber das hat uns nicht gestört da ab und an eine Dame da war die übersetzt hat und ein Lächeln ja schließlich auch Kommunikation ist. Einzig das W-Lan hat bei uns eher weniger gut mit gespielt, da wir aber zum erholen und Wintersport da waren, war das kein grosses Problem für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder Everything we needed our room was really comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the heating worked. Everything was there that was important to us. We didn't miss anything at breakfast or dinner. There was always variety and something different every day. It is true that the staff does not speak German, but that did not bother us because from time to time a lady was there who translated and a smile is also communication. Only the WiFi didn't play well with us, but since we were there to relax and do winter sports, that wasn't a big problem for us. We would love to come back
D	Daiana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel "3 Gemsen" is situated in the downtown of Mallnitz. The rooms are big, always clean and very warm. You can enjoy the hotel's SPA area after a day on the top of the mountain Ankogel. We'll return for sure ?????
