★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend to cooperate ever with any of their branch !!! Very unfriendly and unprofessional people working there.
Always they lies about the time for loading, unloading and customs, two or even three days delay, costs of demurrage never they be cover, always thay said they need confrimation from the client, but confrimation never come.
One big lie!!!
In his orders they has wrote they will pay after 24h delay this is also lie, never they paid!!!
Really look out for this people!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total bottom. One shipment was completed, the second was canceled, and FERCAM charged us with the cancellation costs for the previous transport. Never cooperate with these scammers. There is no question of any negotiation.
