★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumhafter Rundblick vom Chiemsee über Steinernes Meer, Glockner, Venediger, Kaiser, Chiemgau und Tirol. Als mittelschwere Schneeschuhtour gut machbar. Leider fehlt hier oben eine Sitzbank, besonders im Winter möchte man nicht im Schnee sitzen während man Brotzeit und Aussicht genießt.
Fantastic panoramic view from the Chiemsee over the Steinernes Meer, Glockner, Venediger, Kaiser, Chiemgau and Tyrol. Well feasible as a medium-difficulty snowshoe tour. Unfortunately there is no bench up here, especially in winter you don't want to sit in the snow while enjoying a snack and the view.

Wonderful view of all the surrounding mountains and towns - in sunshine and a clear view. Highly recommended ascent via Hemmersuppenalm, duration approx. 2 1/2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei klarem Wetter ein sehr schöner Aussichtsgipfel mit Weitblick ins Großvenediger und Großglockner Massiv. Von der Straubinger Hütte leicht über Fußweg zu erreichen. Dabei würde ich eher von einem Gipfelplateau sprechen. Picknickmöglichkeit. U.U. viel los, ist aber auch viel Platz. Ach so...den wilden Kaiser hat man natürlich quasi zum greifen nah.
When the weather is clear, a very beautiful vantage point with a view of the Großvenediger and Großglockner massifs. Easily accessible on foot from the Straubinger Hütte. I would rather speak of a summit plateau. Picnic possibility. There may be a lot going on, but there is also a lot of space. Oh ... the wild emperor is of course almost within reach.
