★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Hütte, saubere Toilette, netter Service das Essen ( Tiroler Speckbrot ) war zwar nett angerichtet aber leider geschmacklich nicht so toll. Trockenes(altes) Brot ohne Butter. Allerdings tolle Aussicht und schöne Wanderung Kössen.
 Nice hut, clean toilet, nice service the food (Tyrolean bacon bread) was nicely presented but unfortunately not that great in taste. Dry (old) bread without butter. However, great views and a nice hike in Kössen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendid view and good food. What more could you want. The place was busy and I can understand why. We enjoyed good service and lovely food. The bratwurst with mustard, horseradish and sauerkraut was excellent. The other meals look fantastic and tasted good, although the meat strip on the oven potato were a tad salty. The desserts were also great, but they run our fast, I missed the 'bee-sting' by one place but the plum cake was also good. Definitely worth the walk to the lake and a stop on the way back. Watch out for the daily specials, they are really good.
