★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nieee wieder, überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen... Unfreundliche Verkäuferin (Zauchner), musste mich förmlich aufdrängen um das Auto besichtigen zu können, wollte sich nach Corona melden... Aber nein, habe dreimal angefragt bis ich den Termin bekommen habe... Parkschäden waren nicht angegeben und wurden dann als "Abnützung"!!!! abgetan... Reifen habe ich erst 1 Monat und 15 Tage später abholen dürfen... Ungefähr so stellt man sich den miesesten Kundenservice vor... Unglaublich... Nicht mal den einen Stern verdient...
Never again, not to be recommended at all ... Unfriendly saleswoman (Zauchner), had to push me to be able to view the car, wanted to report to Corona ... But no, I asked three times until I got the appointment ... Parking damage was not specified and was then considered "wear and tear" !!!! dismissed ... I was only allowed to pick up tires 1 month and 15 days later ... That's how you imagine the worst customer service ... Unbelievable ... Not even worthy of a star ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten am WE eine Panne und wurden vom ÖAMTC zum Auto Süd geschleppt. Die Dame beim Erstkontakt (habe am Montag um 08:00 angerufen) war ... temperamentvoll. Trotz guter Auftragslage konnten die Techniker unseren Wagen bis zu Mittag wieder fit für die Heimfahrt machen. Bin dafür sehr dankbar.
Broke down on the weekend and were towed by the ÖAMTC to Auto Süd. The lady at the first contact (called on Monday at 8:00 am) was ... spirited. Despite the good order situation, the technicians were able to get our car ready for the journey home by noon. I am very grateful for that.
