I have been bringing my vehicle to service and picking up for almost 10 years, even though I do not drive a Renault, I always feel that my prices have been treated fairly and in good hands, for me it is a 1A 5-star workshop.

s	sven mosch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten ein Problem mit unserem Auto in Slowenien kurz nach der Grenze . Sind dann über die Grenze zu der Werkstatt W Plausing gefahren . Wollten dann das sie uns doch nach Österreich abschleppen. Leider durften sie das nicht und hat uns auch abgeraten Privat einen abachlepper zu organisieren wergen ABACHLEPPPERARATERIE UND DAS WAR EIN SEHR SEHR GUTER TIPP. Einer der Mitarbeiter hat uns dann empfohlen zum hiesigen ADAC ( Övdmc) gehen . Und erst dann ZU GEHEN WENN ALLES ERLEDIGT IST! DIE WERKSTATT HAT UNS MEGE GEHOLFEN. Hätte er uns aber abschleppen dürfen hätte er es sofort gemacht. Vor allem wir sind beraten und empfangen worden wie ein Kunde der Oberklasse. Ich würde wenn in ich in Österreich was hätte nur in diese Werkstatt gehen . Mfg Had a problem with our car in Slovenia shortly after the border. Then drove across the border to the W Plausing workshop. Then they wanted us to be towed to Austria. Unfortunately, they weren't allowed to do that and we also advised against organizing an abachlepper privately. ABACHLEPPERARATERIE AND THAT WAS A VERY, VERY GOOD TIP. One of the employees recommended that we go to the local ADAC (Övdmc). And only then TO LEAVE WHEN EVERYTHING IS DONE! THE WORKSHOP HAS HELPED US MEGE. But if he had been allowed to tow us he would have done it immediately. Above all, we were advised and received like a top-class customer. If in Austria I would only go to this workshop. Kind regards
D	Daniela Appel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuesrt muss ich sagen, dass ich hin gekommen bin - mein Problem erklärt habe und der Fehler anhand von auslesen des Steuergerätes und Erfahrung schnell gefunden wurde. (Ein gebrochenes Kabel bei einen Stecker) Es kam auch ein guter Lösungsvorschlag und habe deshalb der Reperatur zugestimmt. Nur leider war das Teil nicht vorhanden und so wurde das gebrochene Kabel "doch nur gelötet." Die Informationen, dass das Teil nicht vorhanden ist und es doch nur gelötet wird wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt! Obwohl ich vor Ort war. (Mit diesem Wissen hätte ich die Reperatur abgebrochen, da wir ein Kabel selber auch löten können.) Am Ende habe ich 140€ bezahlt -> für ein Kabel löten! Achja, und Fehler auslesen. Finden das echt heftig! Werde mir eine andere Werkstatt suchen. In addition, I have to say that I got there - explained my problem and found the error quickly based on reading out the control unit and experience. (A broken cable on a plug) There was also a good proposal for a solution and I therefore agreed to the repair. Unfortunately, the part was not there and so the broken cable was "only soldered". The information that the part is not available and that it is only being soldered was not given to me! Even though I was there. (With this knowledge I would have canceled the repair, since we can also solder a cable ourselves.) In the end I paid 140 € -> solder for a cable! Oh yes, and read out errors. Find it really hard! I will look for another workshop.

Die Terminvereinbarung sowie das Service gingen schnell und unkompliziert. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. A small, fine workshop with extremely friendly employees! I was here for service with my new Clio RS line and I am perfectly happy. Appointments and service were quick and easy. Price-performance is unbeatable.
