Sollte sich eine weitere Reparatur ergeben, die nicht eingeplant ist, wird man versucht zu verständigen und gefragt ob man diese Reparatur auch noch machen soll, sofern es sich ausgeht. Can not complain, until now I have always been well advised and served. If there is another repair that is not planned, they will try to communicate and ask if they should make this repair, if it goes out.

Ich wurde telefonisch verständigt, sobald der Wagen fertig zur Abholung war. Super Service! Get an appointment directly after just one call. Repairs were carried out quickly and reliably. Als ich das Auto abholen wollte wurde mir gesagt ,dass der Kompressor defekt wäre, musste aber trotzdem 52 € zahlen. Es wurde mir gleich ein Kostenvoranschlag ûber 2000 € gemacht. Als ich daheim war ließ es mir keine Ruhe und ich machte einen Termin bei einer vertrauten Autowerkstatt um die Klimaanlage nochmals überprüfen zu lassen. Es wurde alles gecheckt und keine Mängel festgestellt, Klima kühlt auch ganz normal. Finde das ist eine Abzocke. Nie mehr wieder ! Attention rip off! I wanted to do a normal air conditioning service. When I wanted to pick up the car I was told that the compressor was defective, but still had to pay 52 €. I was immediately given a cost estimate for 2000 €. When I got home, I couldn't stop myself and made an appointment at a trusted car repair shop to have the air conditioning checked again. Everything was checked and no defects were found, air conditioning also cools quite normally. Think this is a rip off. Never again !

Klar wollten wir es gegen checken lassen bevor wir weiter fahren. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Glück, aber wir konnten unser Auto direkt dort lassen, und ein paar Stunden später wieder abholen. Zum Glück war es tatsächlich nur eine Fehlermeldung, das Auto konnte also nach kurzer Prüfung wieder von der Hebebühne. Das beste zum Schluss, uns wurde dafür nichts berechnet! Haben natürlich wenigstens ein kleines Trinkgeld da gelassen. Mega gut, 1000 Dank! Hey, mega correct guys! We were passing through and our brakes were showing an error message. Of course we wanted to have it checked before we continue. Maybe we were just lucky, but we could leave our car there and pick it up a few hours later. Fortunately, it was actually only an error message, so the car was able to get off the lift after a short check. The best for last, we were not charged for it! Of course we left at least a small tip. Mega good, 1000 thanks!

Nachdem ein Mechaniker eine viertel Stunde gesucht hat und erkannte, dass sich nur etwas verkeilt hatte, wurde dies erledigt und der Inhaber meinte, dass er da eigentlich nix verlangen kann.... Selten so einen angenehmen Werkstattbesuch gehabt A friend from the Czech Republic came to visit with his VW T4 and had problems with the tires (particularly with the bearings). After a mechanic searched for a quarter of an hour and realized that something had gotten stuck, this was done and the owner said that he couldn't really ask for anything there.... Rarely had such a pleasant visit to the workshop
