M	Matthias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach einem kleinen Steinschlag ging ich zu Carglass und machte einen Termin aus. Nach der Reperatur hatte ich einen großen Riss in der Scheibe und der Mitarbeiter meinte dass dies so in Ordnung wäre. Musste dann aber doch schließlich die ganze Scheibe tauschen und einen erneuten Termin vereinbaren. Bei dem erneutem Besuch wollten Sie mir des öfteren neue Wischerblätter aufzwingen obwohl ich diese eine Woche zuvor getauscht habe. Laut Angestellten waren diese schon sehr abgenutzt und defekt. Beim abholen wurde noch dazu die Motorhaube nicht richtig verschlossen somit ich dies unterm fahrn erst bemerkte und kurz ran fahren musste. Fazit: wurde als Kunde sehr von oben herab behandelt und bekam dafür noch dazu eine sehr schlechte Leistung geboten. After a small rock chip I went to Carglass and made an appointment. After the repair, I had a large crack in the pane and the employee said that this would be fine. But in the end I had to replace the whole pane and make another appointment. When you visited again, you often wanted to force new wiper blades on me, even though I had replaced them a week earlier. According to employees these were already very worn and broken. When picking it up, the bonnet was not properly closed, so I noticed this under the drive and had to pull over for a moment. Conclusion: was treated very condescendingly as a customer and was offered a very poor service in return.
B	Bernd hassel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hallo hatte einen Termin ausgemacht in Innsbruck, bin auch pünktlich erschienen um einen Steinschlag ausharzen zu lassen. Es wurde mir aber nach Besichtigung erzählt ,das dieser Schaden nicht zu beheben sei und dann war es für den Mitarbeiter von Car Glass schon erledigt?‍♂️ Ich fuhr dann zu einer Freien Werkstätte , welche mir problemlos den Schaden behob?? bin enttäuscht von diesem Unternehmen...nie mehr wieder?? Hello had made an appointment in Innsbruck, I also showed up on time to have a stone chip cured. However, after the inspection, I was told that this damage could not be repaired and then it was already done for the Car Glass employee ?‍♂️ I then drove to an independent workshop, which easily repaired the damage?? I'm disappointed with this company...never again??

Nach der Reparatur meiner Scheibe erkundigte ich mich wegen der Rechnung und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich diese per Email erhalten würde. Ich ging öfters zu Carglas um nachzufragen wann ich die Rechnung erhalte. Mir wurde gesagt, dass ich diese bald bekommen werde. Dann kam die erste Mahnung mit welcher ich erneut zu ihnen ging und mir wurde gesagt ich soll abwarten bis sich dies regelt. Dadurch habe ich die Zahlungsfrist verpasst und erhielt die zweite Mahnung. Am Ende musste ich insgesamt 310€ statt 90€ zahlen (über Kaskoversicherung). Seien Sie vorsichtig wenn sie auf eine Rechnung warten und informieren Sie sich lieber mehrmals! I have had very bad experiences with Carglas. After my window was repaired I inquired about the bill and was told I would receive it by email. I often went to Carglas to ask when I would get the bill. I was told I will be getting these soon. Then came the first reminder with which I went to them again and was told I should wait until this was settled. As a result, I missed the payment deadline and received the second reminder. In the end I had to pay a total of €310 instead of €90 (through comprehensive insurance). Be careful when you wait for an invoice and inform yourself more than once!
