Selten erlebt, dass sich jemand die Zeit nimmt, wirklich so gut zu informieren. Man kennt sich aus, wenn man aus der Filiale geht. Jedenfalls empfehlenswert. We were lucky to get the right locksmith. Kurt, from the Pradl branch, not only sold us a good product, but also delivered great service. Advice top! It is seldom seen that someone takes the time to really inform that well. You know your way around when you leave the branch. In any case, recommendable.

Alle Probleme/Defekte wurden in kürzester Zeit zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Die Rechnung folgt, jedoch gehe ich im positiven Sinne davon aus, dass diese im angemessenen Rahmen ausfallen wird. Ich bin der Empfehlung aus dem Bekanntenkreis gefolgt und kann diese Empfehlung nur weitergeben. Ich habe noch selten so einen unhöflichen und inkompetenten Menschen erlebt, wie diesen Mitarbeiter. Er konnte ein einfaches Problem nicht beheben und war von der ersten Sekunde an untergriffig und aggressiv. Sehr enttäuschend! Extremely rude and unfortunately also incompetent service. I would absolutely advise against calling them in the event of a key emergency! I have rarely encountered such a rude and incompetent person as this employee.
