m	mo zn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekam mein auto unter anderem mit Schaden an der Tür und Einstieg zurück. Anscheinend ist was festes dort gelegen und die Tür muss mit aller Gewalt zu gemacht worden sein(eindepscht und der Lack ist weg) . Ein Kratzer an der Armlehne ist auch noch dazu gekommen. Am Himmel sind schwarze Flecken von schmierigen Händen nicht mehr weg zu putzen. Für das pickerl meines Autos musste ich auch noch 1400 Euro zahlen... Also mich sieht die Werkstatt nicht mehr und rate jeden davon ab hier her zu kommen. Null Sterne Got my car back with damage to the door and entry. Apparently there is something fixed there and the door must have been closed with all force (pushed in and the paint is gone). A scratch on the armrest has also been added. In the sky, black spots from greasy hands can no longer be cleaned. For the pickerl of my car I also had to pay 1400 euros ... So the workshop no longer sees me and advise everyone to come from here. Zero stars

Alles an einem halben Tag. Das macht nicht jeder. Danke noch Mal. Very friendly and uncomplicated. They were very helpful and helped me very fast. Push trolley, order starter and install. Everything in half a day. Not everybody does that. Thanks again.

Wo andere (zB Vertragswerkstätten) gepfuscht haben - die Fastbox macht's wieder gut. Alle sehr freundlich & kompetent & lösungsorientiert. Kann ich nur empfehlen, bitte macht weiter so :-) I've been a regular here with several vehicles for a long time and I've got everything done so far. Where others (e.g. authorized workshops) have messed up - the Fastbox makes it up to you. All very friendly & competent & solution-oriented. I can only recommend, please keep it up :-)

B	Bernhard Mosser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bis jetzt noch immer keine Rückmeldung von dieser Werkstatt. Es wird zwar geschrieben es wird sich gemeldet - Aber das sind nur leere Worte! Defenitiv keine Empfehlung!!! ?? Ich bin mit einer defekten Klimaanlage in die Werkstatt und durfte trotz Termin eine Zeit lang warten. Der Mechaniker an sich waren schon in Ordnung. Alleine für einen Kostenvoranschlag durfte ich 110€ zahlen!! Dazu bekam ich die Ansage ‚980€ kostet alles drum und dran, jedoch ohne Garantie das es danach geht‘ Dieser Satz spiegelt die ganze Werkstatt wieder, mehr gibts da nicht zu sagen ?? So far still no feedback from this workshop. Although it is written it is reported - but these are just empty words! Definitely no recommendation !!! ?? I went to the workshop with a defective air conditioning system and was allowed to wait a while despite the appointment. The mechanics themselves were fine. I was allowed to pay 110 € for a cost estimate alone! In addition, I got the announcement 'Everything costs 980 €, but without guarantee that it will work afterwards' This sentence reflects the whole workshop, there is nothing more to say ??
F	Fox Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C1 Service, Kühler und Bremsen mit Bremsscheiben wurden als schwere Mängel beanstandet mit fadenscheinigen Argumenten zB dass der Kühler bis oben voll ist und ob ich Wasser nachgefüllt habe. Da ich seit über 1 Jahr kein Wasser nachfüllte konnte er somit durch Oxidation auch nichts verloren haben. Bin dann zum ÖAMTC Graz gefahren und hab das prüfen lassen mit dem Ergebnis dass der Kühler zwar leicht oxidiert ist an 3 Punkten das aber im Normalfall noch kein Problem ist und noch nicht repariert werden "muss". Habe den Kühler dann trotzdem machen lassen. Und musste die Pickerlüberprüfung nocheinmal bezahlen obwohl ich die erste bezahlte und meines noch bis Ende des Monats gültig ist. Plus aus den total überteuerten 811 EUR (Bremsbeläge Bremsscheiben Kühler plus Arbeitszeit) wurden dann satte 904 EUR. Fast ein Monatslohn für manche. Haltet euch fern von diesen Gaunern. Abzockebox - Plankenauer . NIE wieder. SO gewinnt man Kunden! PS 1 Stern gibts für den schnellen Service. C1 service, radiator and brakes with brake discs were reported as serious defects with flimsy arguments such as the radiator being full to the brim and whether I refilled the water. Since I haven't refilled with water for over a year, it couldn't have lost anything through oxidation. I then drove to the ÖAMTC Graz and had it checked with the result that the cooler was slightly oxidized at 3 points, but this is normally not a problem and does not "need" to be repaired yet. I still got the cooler done anyway. And had to pay for the sticker check again, although I paid for the first one and mine is still valid until the end of the month. Plus the totally overpriced EUR 811 (brake pads, brake discs, cooler plus working hours) then became a whopping EUR 904. Almost a month's wages for some. Stay away from these crooks. Rip off box - Plankenauer. Never again. THIS is how you get customers! PS 1 star is for the fast service.
