Praktisch weil, ein Auto kauft man schließlich nicht jeden Tag! Überhaupt kann ich die Grawe Versicherung als kompetenten Ansprechpartner sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder! A registration directly at the dealership, what more could you want? The employee was not only very polite, she was also able to explain the process to me right away. Was mich stutzig gemacht hat, dass eine so große Werkstatt mich bezahlen lässt, weil sie mal reingeschaut haben und ich den Service nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Außerdem wurde eine Deutschenfeindlichkeit wieder durch einige Kommentare bemerkbar und dann gesagt, dass ich mein Auto lieber verschrotten lassen sollte. Ganz sicher nicht, da will wohl jemand wieder ein Auto verkaufen. Mich haben sie als Kunde verloren. Schade Well, what can I say. They make the service afloat and of course everything technically fits. The friendliness is fine. What made me wonder that such a large workshop made me pay because they had a look and I didn't use the service. In addition, hostility towards Germans was again noticeable through a few comments and then said that I should have my car scrapped. Certainly not, someone will probably want to sell a car again. They lost me as a customer. Pity
N	N. B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe vor 3 Jahren mein Auto hier gekauft und inzwischen Service/Ölwechsel hier gemacht - immer zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Es wurde bestens auf meine Wünsche eingegangen und sogar ein Defekt (abgerissener Hebel fürs Öffnen der Motorhaube, mein Verschulden) kommentarlos und kostenlos repariert. Einen Garantiefall gab es auch, der völlig unkompliziert gelöst wurde. Die Möglichkeit, sich kostenlos ein Fahrrad auszuborgen, während das Auto in der Werkstatt steht, finde ich toll und sehr hilfreich. Ich kann das Autohaus Pugl deshalb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. I bought my car here 3 years ago and have now done service / oil change here - always to my satisfaction. My wishes were met in the best possible way and even a defect (torn off lever for opening the bonnet, my fault) was repaired without comment and free of charge. There was also a guarantee case that was resolved in a completely uncomplicated manner. I think the possibility of borrowing a bike for free while the car is in the workshop is great and very helpful. I can therefore unreservedly recommend Autohaus Pugl.
S	Sonja Kircher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anscheinend hat es diese Firma nicht mehr nötig ihre lagernden Autos zu verkaufen. Ich interessierte mich für einen T-Roc weiß/schwarz. Es stehen davon einige gleichwertige Modelle aus 2021 mit ca 10.000 km am Abstellplatz nebeneinander. Beim ersten Verkaufsgespräch ließ mich der Verkäufer die längste Zeit neben dem Auto allein stehen, da er unbedingt telefonieren musste. Zwischendurch drückte er mir den Schlüssel in die Hand und ich versuchte das Auto allein zu entdecken. Ich war sauer und wollte nichts mehr wissen. Da ich mich aber doch in das Auto verliebt hatte, ging ich ein zweites Mal mit dem Vorsatz hin es tatsächlich zu kaufen. Ich wählte einen anderen Verkäufer und sah mich durch ihn gut beraten. Doch plötzlich wurde das Verkaufsgespräch durch einen Kollegen gestört. Woraufhin ich ohne weiteres Gespräch mit finsterem Gesicht von Seiten des Verkäufers nur die Ausdrucke der Daten ausgehändigt bekommen habe. Er hatte mir nicht einmal die Winterreifen samt Felgen, die ich noch dazu nehmen sollte ausgerechnet. Ich verließ total irritiert dieses Autohaus, das mich niemals wieder sehen wird. Apparently this company no longer needs to sell their cars in stock. I was interested in a T-Roc white/black. There are some equivalent models from 2021 with about 10,000 km on the parking lot next to each other. During the first sales pitch, the salesman left me alone next to the car for the longest time because he absolutely had to make a call. In between he gave me the key and I tried to discover the car by myself. I was angry and didn't want to know anything more. But since I fell in love with the car, I went there a second time with the intention of actually buying it. I chose another seller and felt that he was giving me good advice. But suddenly the sales talk was interrupted by a colleague. Whereupon, without further discussion, I was only handed the printouts of the data with a scowling face from the seller. He hadn't even calculated the winter tires and rims that I was supposed to take with me. I left totally irritated by this dealership that will never see me again.
