★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Audi wurde durch den Pannendienst dorthin abgeschleppt. Motorleuchte und komische Geräusche waren der Grund. Die Werkstatt checkte ihn durch, stellte geringe Mangel fest, mit denen ich problemlos weiterfahren könne (ich hatte um die 1000km Fahrt geplant). Kosten für das reine Auslesen des Fehlerspeichers sollten 85 Euro sein, so teile der Herr am Telefon es mir mit.
Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen und Drängen meinerseits, ob das Geräusch auch durch den festgestellten Fehler erklärbar sei, weil ich nicht nachvollziehen konnte, wie der genannte Mangel solch ein Symptom hervorrufen konnte, würde dann doch nochmal nachgeguckt.
Siehe da, es war das Radlager, eine Weiterfahrt sei damit unmöglich, da sehr gefährlich.
Auf Grund der Tatsache, dass diese Werkstatt fast das Doppelte von dem , was andere verlangen, for diese Reparatur aufrief, entschied ich mich, das Auto an anderer Stelle reparieren zu lassen.
Zu meiner Überraschung kostete es dann bei Abholung nicht mehr die am Telefon genannten 85 Euro, sondern mehr als 93.
Fazit:
1. sehr schlechter Service, man hätte mich mit einem massiven, sehr gefährlichen Mangel wieder auf die Fahrt geschickt, erst durch wiederholte Nachfrage wurde nachgeguckt.
2. Dafür sollte ich erst wie telefonisch mitgeteilt 85, dann bei Abholung auf einmal über 93 Euro bezahlen.
Seriös geht anders, wo die guten Bewertungen herkommen, kann ich nach diesem Erlebnis nicht nachvollziehen
My Audi was towed there by the breakdown service. Engine lights and strange noises were the reason. The workshop checked it through, found minor defects, with which I could continue without any problems (I had planned around 1000km drive). The cost of just reading out the error memory should be 85 euros, the gentleman on the phone told me.
After several inquiries and insistence on my part, whether the noise could also be explained by the detected error, because I could not understand how the mentioned defect could cause such a symptom, it was checked again.
Lo and behold, it was the wheel bearing, it would be impossible to continue driving with it, as it was very dangerous.
Due to the fact that this workshop called for this repair to be almost double what others ask for, I decided to have the car repaired elsewhere.
To my surprise, when it was picked up, it no longer cost the 85 euros mentioned on the phone, but more than 93.
Conclusion:
1. Very bad service, I would have been sent back on the road with a massive, very dangerous defect, and only after repeated inquiries was it checked.
2. I should first pay 85 euros for this, as communicated by telephone, and then pay over 93 euros at one time when I pick it up.
Seriously different, I can't understand where the good reviews come from after this experience

After the paintwork was damaged, the team did a great job and the result is comparable to a new car. In the meantime, a rental car was made available to me. 1 star deduction because communication was not that easy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schwache Leistung von der Serviceabteilung gibt ein Ersatz Auto her und will es in paar Stunden zurück Weil es der nächste Kunde schon braucht man sollte das besser einplanen oder wenigstens vorher Bescheid geben weil wenn ich mir ein Ersatzauto schon leihe gehe ich davon aus dass ich es min. 24std behalten kann.
