★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion it was to expensive. You just can go once and could be better. If the person it front of you do not want run in this cart, you have to do the same...I hated it!
Kaprun is beautiful, but this specific place, is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good alternative to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and Schmitten on extreme weather. We went here because there was no chance to ski in the other two and we ended up by being surprisingly pleased by Maiskogel. It saved our "almost-ruined" ski vacation.
•The slopes are very long and perfect for beginners and intermediates. Because of their length it does not get to crowdy at the cabins even if there is a huge amount of people.
•There are some aprés-ski options but they were very full. The one on the bottom of the station is very expensive and low-quality. For the exactly same price you can get very delicious food in a restaurant atmosphere a few meters away over the parking, at Baumbar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With Maiskogelbahn up to almost 1600 metres in about 10 minutes. And then down again. By foot in about 2 hours. Spectacular view on high mountain dams, on the valley, the Zellsee. Loved the trip and would definitely recommend in summer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most must-see attractions in Kaprun- Zell am see. You would definitely enjoy a wonderful cable cars till the top of the mountains. You will also find an enjoyable Alpine coaster. Really not to miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place very much and coming here since years with kids. My kids enjoying the ski school and if you have fresh powder you have plenty of options for free riding with snowboard. From 2020 it will be connected to the glacier directly! Highly recommend the place if you have younger kids or if you are relaxed or beginner without rush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cable car cost €25 up and down for an adult, €12 for a kid 6-12 years old. Expensive, but it’s a long ride about 20 minutes. The slide ride is fun, cost €12.5 per adult and €6 per kid. It’s more strictly and safer than the slide in Wolfgang see， but selfie and video are not allowed. It’s a pity, but understandable.
