★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, but we had to wait long until a waiter approached us, although the restaurant was almost empty. If you do not exceed some amount of money, you have to pay by cash (no card allowed).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, allergic to mayonnaise and they tried to convince me after saying the food they brought contains mayonnaise that it was mustard and only when we got up to leave did they take it back and replace it. Mozzarella Sticks gave my friend and I food poisoning. Plus overpriced for the terrible wait times, food and staff.

We went there to get the lunch. 4 people. 3 vaccinated, 4th with a PCR test.
A waiter decided that PCR test (despite it is for 48 hours) is not ok after 42 hours and “banned” us from a restaurant.
He wasn’t able to calculate 48 hours.
Test report clearly stated “Wednesday 17:42”.
We were at lunch around 11:30 on Friday.
The waiter kept saying Wednesday Thursday that is already 48 hours
such employee who can’t actually calculate simple math shouldn’t probably work in the restaurant!!!
I cannot recommend the restaurant at all.
Service quality elsewhere in Kaprun is WAAAAY better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant and its staff is very racist. First we entered no one looked at our table but whenever someone else entered they were already with the menu card for them. Second, the waiter wished us is some other religion just because we were brown skin.
