★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is very nice for non demanding guests, but definitely over valued as 4 star hotel. It is much closer to excellent 3 star hotel.
Rooms are huge, but furniture is pretty old. We didn't have safe box in our room. Also, rooms are overheated and there is no much heating control for fine tune temperature. Because of that air is too dry.
Tv is smaller than 32" which is too small for that room size, and there are only german channels.
Staff is extra polite, and food is tasty.
If you are planning to ski, hotel is right on the piste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really great stay at this hotel. Very family friendly, the staff in the kids club are wonderful and managed to keep my kids entertained for literally hours on end. The kids club itself isn’t huge but the kids loved it anyway (ages 8, 6, 4). The family room/suite was also excellent. So thoughtfully designed that 2 adults and 3 kids plus a baby could comfortably sleep in it without disturbing one another. I’ve not experienced this kind of well laid out room anywhere except here and Falkensteiner Katschberg (also an outstanding family hotel). It’s a huge plus to have multiple separate sleeping areas. The sauna area is really nice and perfect for those wanting to escape for a few hours or those without kids and the pool area is also well laid out with a nice sized baby pool and an awesome wide waterslide that we all loved. The staff were generally very helpful and accommodating from the chefs to the wait staff to the bar staff to reception. I couldn’t fault any of them. We would definitely come back and would recommend the hotel to anyone with kids or couples who don’t mind sharing their space with families with kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, with very pleasant staff! They was pleasant all time, they help us in every situation. We had all inclusive service - wellness was included. We got from hotel a special car where we have free ticket to lift all time and other benefits for better price. Breakfast, lunch and diner was perfect. You could choose from a large selection. Room was clean. Parking was for free near by hotel. Wellness was perfect after all day hike. I believe that I visit this place again.

Starting from the ladies on reception ( Gabriela, Tadeja and Ivana) who were always there to help us to plan our day, then Igor, Barbara and Ana Maria in the restaurant, Kristijan and Hana in the bar and finally super funny and energetic animators in Falkyland. Thank you all for making our holidays unforgettable, the hotel is happy to have you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was truly great here! We only stayed for three days but enjoyed it nevertheless. To specify: the food was good, I need not to say more about that, and the fact, that you could ski-in ski-out was phenomenal. The rooms were ok, but the beds were pretty hard. That’s my only complaint. Also, I can’t forget to mention the VERY useful and spacious lockers including the handy rental place right at said lockers. The bar cannot go untold with its great atmosphere and drinks selection. All in all top notch and I am definitely going to come back here one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from a week at the hotel. Family with 2 kids (14 and 12). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Location is simply perfect, service was impeccable, hotel has everything one could desire.
Fast wifi that kept the kids enjoyed (no problem streaming on 4 devices), room was super clean and much better than the pictures (surprised by the generous size). We particularly enjoyed the spa / sauna area, which was excellent after each day's skiing.
Food was very good, buffet style but quite high quality and with constant variation. Really nothing to complain. Absolutely recommended.
