a	antonia jazidzija on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was outstanding. However, lack of waiters on the outer terrace and in general staff around the hotel. Great number of the guests in the wellness zone reserved the beds with their towels though they weren't present in the relaxing room.No one to control them. Stunningly decorated and immaculate sauna facility. The food was more than just the taste!?

However the breakfast and dinner buffet was a mess (no corona measures taken) Update: There are indeed gloves and disinfection equipment at the buffet, however nobody uses these. The buffet is a very small area and around 7-8pm there are lines everywhere were nobody keeps a meter distance. I would recommend closing the buffet and serving people all the food, like many other hotels do nowadays.
J	Julia Pf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food was amazing, the rooms were totally clean and beautiful. the gym was new and the pool was fun. staff unfortunately didn't speak german well or sometimes at all. some waiters seemed bored to say the least. regarding corona measures: there are enough options. disinfectant and gloves everywhere. if someone doesn't feel like that's enough, don't go on vacation.

A lot activities, spatious sauna and apres ski area, highly qualified service (the Staff is ASTOUDING, never had so foreseeing hosts). Ski lift is right next to the hotel, there are also trips organized. Saunas have amazing ceremonies. Must-see if going to Alps.

This is the hotel that allows you to truly enjoy a hassle free holiday with ski-in/ski-out privileges. The operations, staff, cleanliness, location, sauna and food are truly amazing! A valued stay worth any amount!
