Planberger 2x angerufen, 1x persönlich vorgesprochen, 3 Tage kein Rückruf. Fa. Eisl (Nachbarort): Chef war 4 Stunden nach Anruf da, ein gerader Mann mit Handschlag Qualität, der Fachwissen und Kompetenz vermittelte. 3 Tage später war's wieder warm. Planberger "betreut" auch die Satellitenanlage der Siedlung: seit Jahren Ausfälle und Bildstörungen, Reparaturen kosten, doch bringen nie dauerhafte Verbesserung, s.o. Planberger "betreut" auch die gesamte Straßenbeleuchtung St.Gilgens, von der Gemeinde beauftragt!: in der Siedlung brennt SEIT WOCHEN das Licht unter Tags. Nicht zum ersten Mal. Wer zahlt's? Dafür sind die Straßenlaternen zwischen Yachtclub und Brunnwinkel finster. In den Weihnachtsferien! Freut die Gäste bestimmt. meldet man eine Störung, hört man stets nur Ausflüchte, statt "wird schnellstens erledigt". Wie lange könnte SO ein Betrieb HEUTE noch überleben? OHNE Gemeinde Auftrag? Ich würde auch den lieber bei z.B. Fa.Eisl wissen... ORF 3HD is now radio! - Disastrous operation, only negative experiences for years. E.g. beginning of the heating season, night storage heater is crazy. Planberger called twice, talked to me personally, 3 days no callback. Eisl company (neighboring town): The boss was there 4 hours after the call, a straight man with a handshake of quality, who conveyed specialist knowledge and competence. 3 days later it was warm again. Planberger also "looks after" the settlement's satellite system: for years, breakdowns and image disturbances, repairs cost, but never bring lasting improvement, see above. Planberger also "looks after" the entire street lighting in St.Gilgens, commissioned by the municipality !: in the settlement the lights have been on during the day for weeks. Not for the first time. Who pays But the street lights between the yacht club and Brunnwinkel are dark. In the Christmas holidays! The guests will definitely be happy. If you report a malfunction, you always hear only excuses instead of "it will be dealt with as quickly as possible". How long could a company like that survive TODAY? WITHOUT a church mandate? I would also prefer that at e.g. Eisl know ...
