J	Jasmin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben reserviert, die Reservierung wurde bestätigt. Kurz davor haben wir sogar noch einmal eine Erinnerung bekommen, dass wir ja pünktlich kommen sollen. Wir waren pünktlich - nur um dann vor dem Restaurant festzustellen, dass sie geschlossen haben. Gäste wie auch Betreiber sollten absagen, wenn eine Reservierung nicht eingehalten werden kann. Wenigstens eine kurze Information über die Homepage hätte gereicht. Die Anmerkung an einer Tafel beim Restaurant "heute geschlossen" reicht allerdings nicht. Denn dann ist man ja offensichtlich schon da. Und bei einer Anreise von 30 km ist das mehr als ärgerlich. Schade, wirklich sehr unzuverlässig. Have made a reservation, the reservation has been confirmed. Shortly before that, we even received a reminder that we should come on time. We were on time - only to find out in front of the restaurant that they were closed. Guests as well as operators should cancel if a reservation cannot be kept. At least a short information about the homepage would have been enough. The note on a board at the restaurant "closed today" is not enough, however. Because then you're obviously already there. And with a journey of 30 km that is more than annoying. It's a shame, really very unreliable.

Punktabzug: Wartezeit durch temporäre 1er Besetzung in der Küche. Das geht gar nicht. Weder für die Köchin, noch für die Gäste. full marks for the taste and choice of dishes on the menu. Full marks for friendly service. Good ambience. Deduction of points: Waiting time due to temporary 1 person occupation in the kitchen. That is not how it works. Neither for the cook nor for the guests.

They did make a mistake with my order, but fixed it quickly and informed me about it very politely. I respect that. This place raises the bar and sets a good example for other restaurants!
