The on-site service center is better and more competent than the one on the phone. I recommend everyone who has a concern to come by personally.
J	Janie Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundliche Beratung die keine Auskünfte gibt. Ich bin wirklich traurig und wütend. Es geht hier immerhin um Strom und Gas. Meine Mutter hatte vergessen ihre Stromrechnung zu zahlen, da sie lange Zeit nicht mehr zu Hause war. Daraufhin haben wir die Rechnung bezahlt und wollten wissen wann der Strom wieder eingeschaltet wird. Wir haben keine Antwort bekommen und wurden angeschnauzt. Das in einer Situation in der offensichtlich eh schon alles drunter und drüber geht (wovon man wohl grundsätzlich ausgehen kann wenn irgendjemand vergisst seine/ihre Stromrechnug zu zahlen). Mir fallen viele Adjektive ein um die Personen die dort arbeiten zu beschreiben aber ich denke "unmenschlich" und "asozial" treffen es am besten. Extremely unfriendly advice that gives no information. I am really sad and angry. After all, this is about electricity and gas. My mother forgot to pay her electricity bill because she had not been home for a long time. Then we paid the bill and wanted to know when the electricity would be switched on again. We didn't get an answer and were yelled at. That in a situation in which obviously everything is going haywire anyway (which one can assume in principle if someone forgets to pay his / her electricity bill). I can think of a lot of adjectives to describe the people who work there, but I think "inhuman" and "antisocial" are the best.

EVN Service Center no response at the other end after more than 25 minutes of phone call. What shoud that? This is not a service this is...
M	Michael Neunteufel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Wochen habe ich versucht telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Und zwar habe ich jedesmal zwischen 15 und 19 Minuten am Telefon verbracht. Doch abgehoben hat nie jemand. Dann habe ich eine Mail geschrieben. Auch auf diese musste ich längere Zeit warten. Es kann mir keiner erzählen. Das den ganzen Tag ununterbrochen jemand anruft. Obwohl ich nur wissen wollte was mit dem Scheck ist den sie mir zusenden sollten. Denn bis dato wurde mir das Geld per Bankeinzug abgebucht. Doch weil meine Bank mir die Kosten abgebucht hat. Waren 90 Cent weniger drauf. Ich habe immer bezahlt. Nur das eine mal eben nicht. In der Mail ist dann gestanden. Das sie mir das Geld jetzt alle 3 Monate a 324 Euro abziehen wollen. Das geht einfach nicht. Ich habe jedes Monat 114 Euro bezahlt. Bin aber Mindestsicherungs Empfänger. Wie soll ich das eine Monat auskommen. Wenn 324 Euro fehlen. Ich möchte weiterhin 114 Euro bezahlen. Und mir ist es egal ob per Scheck oder wieder per Bankeinzug. For weeks I have been trying to reach someone by phone.
