Best kebab shop in the world, extremely good. All ingredients fresh and homemade bread. Definitely worth a visit. Very friendly operator !!

H	Harald H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe 2 Kebap und ein Dürüm bestellt. Bis das mal zubereitet wird vergeht mal viel Zeit! Nach mir hat noch ein Kunde 2 Kebap bestellt. Anhand des Fleischspießes lässt sich erkennen das vor mir schon länger nicht ein Fleisch heruntergeschnitten wurde. Mein Dürüm wurde als erstes gemacht, kurz den Teig zum Spieß gehalten und dann ein Fleisch hineingelegt. Aber ich sah das er ja noch kein Fleisch hinunter geschnitten hat also dürfte es schon länger in der "Schaufel" gelegen haben! Für meine 2 anderen Kebaps und die 2 Kebaps für den Kunden nach mir hat der Herr ein frisches Fleisch hinunter geschnitten. Ich wartete ab bis ich meine ganzen sachen bekommen habe und probierte natürlich gleich das Dürüm ob sich meine Vermutung bestätigt, natürlich war es KALT!!! Ich ging zurück und sagte dem Herr das er mir ein kaltes Dürüm gegeben habe und er meinte das kann nicht sein er habe ja das Fleisch frisch hinunter geschnitten. Ich habe ihm gesagt das ich ja zugeschaut habe wie er Was gemacht hat. Daraufhin nahm er das Essen, schmiss es auf seinen Tresen und meinte UNFREUNDLICH: Dann kriegst a neues. Ich wollte kein neues mehr und verlangte mein Geld zurück, weil mit dieser Art braucht mich niemand bedienen. Ich sagte ihm ich werde nicht mehr komme und ich es eine Frechheit finde mich als Lügner darzustellen! Seine Antwort war: "Moch mi Ned haas i brauch di Ned!"Natürlich in einer super tonlage und das alles vor meinem kleinen Sohn!!!!!! Ich rate jedem ab dort noch etwas zu kaufen!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 2 kebabs and a dürüm. It takes a long time until it is prepared! After me, another customer ordered 2 kebabs. The meat skewer shows that a meat has not been cut down for a long time. My dürüm was made first, briefly held the dough on a spit and then put a meat in it. But I saw that he hadn't cut any meat down so it must have been in the "shovel" for a long time! For my 2 other kebaps and the 2 kebaps for the customer after me, the gentleman cut down a fresh meat. I waited until I got all my things and of course tried the dürüm whether my guess was confirmed, of course it was COLD !!! I went back and told the gentleman that he had given me a cold drink and he said that it couldn't be that he cut the meat freshly down. I told him that I was watching how he did what. Then he took the food, threw it on his counter and said UNFRIENDLY: Then you will get a new one. I didn't want a new one and asked for my money back because with this kind nobody needs to serve me. I told him I would not come again and I think it was a cheek to portray myself as a liar! His answer was: "Moch mi Ned haas i need di Ned!" Of course in a super pitch and all of this in front of my little son !!!!!! I advise everyone to buy something from there !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eaten here loads of time, waiters generally amazing and no issues about the food. Cannot suggest enough! Properly prepared food and ingredients fresh. Great affordability And great food too! Hardly ever disappointed with the food And for the level of quality the prices are excellent as well. The staff had been genuinely lovely, my sis and I were happy using their advice.
