Ich arbeite mit vielen Installateuren zusammen, aber so eine bizarre Situation habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich empfehle sie nicht!!! Very unprofessional company. They are just looking for a way to get their money. I work with a lot of installers, but I've never seen such a bizarre situation. I do not recommend them !!!

Jetzt in November würden wir gerne heizen, funktioniert aber nicht. During the thermal maintenance in September, the installer said that the heating was broken. He changed a part to € 500. Now in November we would like to heat, but it doesn't work.
S	Stefan R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Gastherme wurde vom Rauchfangkehrer wegen viel zu hohen Kohlenmonoxidwerten abgeschaltet wegen Gefahr im Verzug, aber glücklicherweise hatte ich die Thermenwartung für den selben Tag bestellt. Der Techniker hatte sich die Therme dann angesehen und die Defekte festgestellt. Da er noch einige Termine hatte musste er zwar weg, aber er versprach alle Ersatzteile noch am selben Tag zu besorgen (es war Freitag) und anschließend an die anderen Termine am Abend die Therme noch zu reparieren. Genau diese ist dann auch geschehen! Der Techniker war extrem nett und engagiert. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort meine Wartung durchführen lassen! Top Service! The technician then had a look at the thermal baths and found the defects. Since he still had a few appointments, he had to leave, but he promised to get all the spare parts on the same day (it was Friday) and then to repair the thermal bath at the other appointments in the evening. This is exactly what happened! The technician was extremely nice and dedicated. I will definitely have my maintenance done there again! Top service!

An der Therme musste ein Schaden repariert werden was gleich am selben Tag noch erfolgte. Außerdem wurde sich gleich darum gekümmert das die anfallenden Kosten für den Schaden von der Hausverwaltung übernommen werden. Sind sehr zufrieden und werden unsere nächste Wartung wieder bei Stanek vereinbaren! The price for the maintenance is great and the maintenance technician is very competent and friendly. Bin total zufrieden. #Terminvereinbarung super einfach - wenn keiner Zeit zum Abheben hat bekommt man eine SMS und einen Rückruf von einer sehr netten Dame. #bei Terminverzögerungen wird man vom Techniker kontaktiert und die Ankunftszeit wird konkretisiert (praktisch, wenn man noch kurz was anderes erledigen will) #Gasthermenwartung wird ordentlich und zügig von kompetenten und höflichen Fachkräften durchgeführt - das ist in Wien leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit #selbst wenn man alte Gasgeräte betreibt, kann man sich sicher sein, dass die Techniker wissen was sie tun - da hat man einfach ein gutes Gefühl und fühlt sich sicher #Fragen zu Kosten oder Alternativen inkl. nützlichen Tipps und Tricks werden promt und ehrlich beantwortet. #Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist somit hervorragend Recommended! Der Wartungstechniker Philipp war ausgesprochen freundlich und man hatte den Eindruck hier wird sehr sorgfältig und kompetent gearbeitet! Es wurde ein Schaden festgestellt und die nötige Reparatur umgehend durchgeführt. Dabei wurde die Abwicklung der Verrechnung mit der Hausverwaltung auch gleich übernommen, sodass für uns kein Mehraufwand oder unerwartete Zusatzkosten entstanden sind. Kann dementsprechend allen empfehlen die Firma Stanek mit der Wartung ihrer Therme zu beauftragen! :) Made our first Stanek maintenance this year and certainly not the last! Ein gewissenhafter freundlicher Mann der einem alles erklärt was gemacht wird. Ich hatte noch nie einen Installateur der so tolle Arbeit leistet. Werde nächstes Jahr wieder die Wartung von Herrn David vornehmen lassen. Today I had the maintenance for the first time from the company Stanek, which was carried out by Mr. David. Preislich auch top, nicht vergleichbar mit den anderen Angeboten die wir bekommen haben. Called and got an appointment for service the same day. The installer/technician (Philipp) was incredibly friendly and courteous. The price is also great, not comparable to the other offers we have received.
