Anfragen bleiben wochenlang unbeantwortet. Erst nachdem mehrmals um Antwort gebeten wurde kam eine Rückmail zurück.
Ebenfalls schlechte Erfahrungen beim direkten Telefongespräch mit der Abteilung Hausverwaltung Frau Le*****. Sehr unfreundliches Verhalten. Während dem Telefongespräch wurde einfach aufgelegt.
Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen leider nur 1 Stern.
Unfortunately no good experience.
Inquiries remain unanswered for weeks. Only after asking for an answer several times did a return mail come back.
Also bad experiences with the direct telephone conversation with the property management department Ms. Le *****. Very unfriendly behavior. During the phone call, they just hung up.
Due to this experience unfortunately only 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider bekommt man keine vernünftige Auskunft um seinen Umzug planen und organisieren zu können. Im Gegenteil - man wird noch angefahren, wenn man Fragen hat und ein paar Dinge klären möchte.
Das ist wirklich total daneben, man ist ja selbst gestresst und möchte sich irgendwie organisieren aber das interessiert keinen - die machen ihren Ablauf in letzter Minute und dann soll man schauen wie man weiter kommt. Sehr frustrierend

That is really totally wrong, you are stressed yourself and want to organize yourself somehow, but nobody cares - they do their process at the last minute and then you should see how you get on. Very frustrating
