★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, modern Business Park. Very good connection to U6 subway. Nice agglomeration of top companies. Good restaurant offering. Pharmacy, DHL pick-up, blood donation events, ... everything you need: except a supermarket and furthermore the traffic connection to Eibesbrunnerstraße is not open meaning traffic jams in the morning.
