★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlimmer kann es nicht sein, DHL-Express bedeutet für DHL selbst nur "TEUER”, schnell und rasch aber nicht, eine Sendung liegt im Office mehr als eine Woche und jeden Tag eine neue Ausrede, warum es nicht versandt ist, wer sich ein Express-Service sucht, sollte DHL vermeiden.
P.s: ein Stern ist zu viel für das angebotene Service.
It couldn't be worse, DHL Express only means "EXPENSIVE" for DHL itself, but not fast and quick, a shipment sits in the office for more than a week and every day a new excuse why it hasn't been sent, who wants an express -Service seeks should avoid DHL.
P.s: one star is too much for the service offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this service point several times. Friendly and helpful staff. Of course the package might come not exactly when supposed to. But I think for DHL and other delivery companies this Point is pretty okay. They even gave us a brand t-shirts as a gift.
