★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider haben wir eine Walbox der Fa. Schneider Electric, die nun nach knapp 2 Jahren deffekt ist. Das kann passieren. Das man aber 4 Wochen lang unter der Kundendienstnummer niemanden erreicht, keinen Rückruf hinterlassen kann uns sich bei Anruf in der Zentrale niemand zuständig erklärt, ist ein Skandal. Ich lasse die Wallbox jetzt auf ein anders Fabrikat tauschen, mir reicht es.
 Unfortunately we have a whale box from Schneider Electric, which is now ineffective after almost 2 years. It can happen. The fact that no one can be reached on the customer service number for 4 weeks and that no one can call us back when we call the head office is a scandal. I'll have the wallbox swapped for another make, that's enough for me.
