Versprochen wurde uns ein Telefonanruf zur Terminvereinbarung wegen Vorbesichtigung der zukünftigen Baustelle. Firma hat sich nie wieder gemeldet. Schade...sehr freundliche Beratung im Geschäft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Klaghofer hat schon mein Vater für unseren Betrieb eingekauft. Seit vielen Jahren bin nun ich dort Kunde. Zunächst habe ich geschäftlich dort eingekauft. Inzwischen privat. Heute war ich wieder dort um einige Säcke Beton und Schotter zu besorgen. Das ist in Zeiten wie diesen oft recht mühsam. Ich bin, aus gesundheitlichen Gründen, vom Tragen einer Maske befreit. Selbst das vorgezeigte Attest verhindert in anderen Bereichen lästige Diskussionen nicht. Beim Klaghofer ist das anders: man ist über den rechtlichen Rahmen informiert und begegnet mir freundlich wie immer. Im Verladehof bekomme ich noch ein Stanleymesser als Geschenk überreicht. Das hat mich wirklich gefreut. Ich werde auch in Zukunft daran denken, alles was ich brauche und das dort erhältlich ist beim Klaghofer zu kaufen. Es wäre so schade, wenn es Betriebe wie diesen nicht auch noch in Zukunft gäbe. Meine Tochter ist jedenfalls schon darüber informiert, dass man beim Klaghofer besser beraten und freundlicher bedient wird als in diversen Baumärkten. Und erstaunlicherweise hält man sogar preislich mit den Großen mit.
My father used to shop at the Klaghofer for our business. I've been a customer there for many years now. First I shopped there for business. Meanwhile private. Today I was there again to get some sacks of concrete and gravel. In times like these, that is often quite tedious. For health reasons, I am exempt from wearing a mask. Even the certificate presented does not prevent annoying discussions in other areas. It's different at the Klaghofer: they are informed about the legal framework and treat me as friendly as always. In the loading yard I get a Stanley knife as a gift. I was really happy about that. I will also remember to buy everything I need and that is available there from Klaghofer in the future. It would be such a pity if there weren't companies like this in the future. In any case, my daughter has already been informed that Klaghofer offers better advice and friendlier service than various hardware stores. And surprisingly, you can even keep up with the big ones in terms of price.
