Nicht so gut fand ich die abwicklung beim Umtausch, dass ich das Geld erst nach ca. 2 KW erhalten habe, mutmaßlich wegen Kartenzahlung.

I liked the price that was given on the Internet.
I did not find the exchange process so good that I only received the money after about 2 KW, presumably because of card payment.

Waschmaschine online bestellt, Bestätigungs- und Abholinfomail erhalten, hab nochmal telefonisch nachgefragt, ob sie bereitsteht und dann abgeholt - Mitarbeiter hat die Waschmaschine zum Auto gebracht, geholfen zu verladen und noch Infos zur Inbetriebnahme gegeben! Top!
Serious, friendly and helpful customer service - both by email, on the phone and in person! Ordered the washing machine online, received the confirmation and pick-up info mail, asked again by phone whether it was ready and then picked it up - the employee brought the washing machine to the car, helped to load it and gave information on commissioning! Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vormittags die Waschmaschine im Internet um 229 Euro angesehen und bestellt, dazwischen zwei Mal angerufen wegen Unsicherheiten bezüglich Versand respektive Zustellung - damit einhergehende Kosten - und nachmittags die Waschmaschine selber abgeholt in 1230 Wien. Altmannsdorferstraße 163.
Perfekt.
Am Telefon wurde ich sehr gut beraten. Und freundlich. Die alte Waschmaschine wurde kostenlos zurück genommen.
Der freundliche Herr im Lager hat mir sogar beim Laden in meinen PKW geholfen.
Die Kosten bezüglich der Zustellung waren mit 7,50.-- Euro im Geizhals angegeben. Das dürften jedoch die Kosten für Wien sein. Wien Umland kostet dann um die 40 Euro.

I received very good advice on the phone. And friendly. The old washing machine was taken back free of charge.
The friendly man in the warehouse even helped me load it into my car.
The cost of delivery was given as 7.50 euros in the Geizhals. But that should be the cost for Vienna. Vienna's surrounding area then costs around 40 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann hier nur Lob aussprechen: Vorabfragen werden freundlich beantwortet, Bestellvorgang ist problemlos, Service für Anschluss des Neugeräts bzw. Altgeräteentsorgung ist vorhanden und hat schnell Kontakt aufgenommen.
Dass ich die Bestellung kurzfristig stornieren musste, lag leider in meiner Verantwortung, aber auch das hat sauber geklappt.
Möchte Akatronik ausdrücklich empfehlen!!
