Hat für mich das Konto eröffnet, nebenbei noch mit den nächsten Kunden geplaudert und ein Problem mit dem Geldautomaten gelöst. ? Very nice, courteous employee. M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immer wieder Schwierigkeiten mit den Selbstbedienungsautomaten, gestern Abend wieder, ( Geld wurde geschluckt) heute zur Angestellten gegangen ( wieder mal ein extra weg, man hat ja nichts anderes zu tun), Angestellte leitet alles weiter und bis jetzt kein Geld am Konto. Es ist traurig das man nach Geschäftsschluss zittern muss ob diese Automaten funktionieren, wenn nicht muss man am nächsten Tag zittern das sie es fertig bringen einem sein Geld auf das Geschäftskonto zu überweisen, es geht hier nicht um 100 Euro sondern um Geld dass man zum Arbeiten im Geschäftsleben braucht. NACHTRAG: Sie haben es bis am Abend nicht geschafft mir mein rechtmäßiges Geld auf mein Geschäftskonto zu buchen, auf die bitte das mich der Filialleiter anrufen möge stößt man leider auch auf taube Ohren. NACHTRAG; Es dauerte DREI! Tage das ich mein eigenes Gekd bekam. Heute das gleiche wieder, 9 Jänner, wieder Tageslosung geschluckt, bin gespannt was man mir morgen sagt. Again and again difficulties with the self-service machines, yesterday evening again, (money was swallowed) today went to the employee (again an extra away, you have nothing else to do), the employee passes everything on and so far no money in the account. It's sad that you have to tremble after business hours whether these machines work, if not you have to tremble the next day that they manage to transfer your money to your business account, it's not about 100 euros but about money that you can work with in business needs. Das Personal hier ist stets freundlich und sehr Serviceorientiert, auch über die App stets erreichbar. Wenn man Probleme hat werden diese schnellstmöglich und mit einem unheimlich zuvorkommenden Service und auf freundlichste Art und Weise gelöst.
