H	Harald Buzzdown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ war jetzt schon öfters bei DM, die Erwachsenen bzw. etwas älteren Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, da gibts nichts auszusetzen, aber was ist denn mit den 2 Jüngeren los ? arrogant und sehr unfreundlich, egal wie freundlich man ihnen gegenüber tritt, die ziehen ne Miene das ist unglaublich ? has been to DM several times now, the adults and / or somewhat older employees are very friendly, there is nothing to complain about, but what is going on with the 2 younger ones rog arrogant and very unfriendly, no matter how friendly you are towards them, they pull a face that's unbelievable ?

Hatte mich gefreut, dass es in der Nähe unseres neuen Hauses einen DM gibt, da ich sehr oft zu DM einkaufen gehe, aber so unwohl hab ich mich mein ganzes Leben nicht beim Einkaufen gefühlt.. Habt ihr keine Kameras im Hinterzimmer um eure Kunden zu beobachten? Muss dauernd eine Verkäuferin neben mir stehen und so tun als würde sie die Regale schlichten ? Ich bin ja nicht dumm.. auffälliger gehts ja nicht .. ich versteh natürlich, dass man ein Auge darauf haben muss als Verkäufer. Ich hab noch nie in meinem Leben was gestohlen und das hab ich auch nicht vor , hab ich nicht nötig.. hab dann gleich beim Bipa die restlichen Sachen gekauft und werd auch nur mehr zum Bipa gehen .. Wirklich schade.. Very unpleasant shopping experience .. I was happy that there is a DM near our new house, because I go to DM very often to go shopping, but I haven't felt that uncomfortable shopping my whole life ... Don't you have cameras in the back room to watch your customers? Does a saleswoman have to stand next to me all the time and pretend to be lining up the shelves? I'm not stupid .. it couldn't be more conspicuous .. of course I understand that you have to keep an eye on it as a seller. I've never stolen anything in my life and I don't intend to do that either, I don't need it .. then bought the rest of the things at the Bipa and will only go to the Bipa .. Really a shame ..

Mfg Very unsympathetic, unmotivated, arrogant branch management (blonde lady) cannot even answer intelligently when you talk to her, let alone look in the eye. Kind regards

Die Angestellten vor der gesamten Kundschaft entwürdigend zu behandeln ist unerhört! Ihre sarkastischen Äußerungen und ihr arrogantes auftreten allen gegenüber ließ mich an die zentrale zweifeln, zumindest ist die Wahl bei der filialleitung schief gelaufen. But I have seldom come across such an unsympathetic, incompetent branch manager. To treat employees in a degrading way in front of the entire clientele is unheard of! Your sarcastic remarks and your arrogant behavior towards everyone made me doubt the head office, at least the choice of the branch management went wrong.
