H	Hannes Koletnik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin selber Dienstleister, es ist nicht immer leicht ....auch ein Mitarbeiter am Schalter ist Dienstleister, sollte einmal bei einer Mitarbeiterschulung in Erinnerung gerufen werden .... Dienstleistung ist für den Kunden da zu sein.... und nicht den Kunden abzuwürgen nur weil er kein Konto bei der UniCredit hat ?so wird man keine neuen Kunden bekommen.... I am a service provider myself, it is not always easy .... even a staff member at the counter is a service provider, should be called once in a staff training in reminder .... Service is for the customer to be there .... and not the Stopping customers just because he does not have an account with UniCredit ? so you will not get any new customers ....

Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr um das Wohl der Kunden bemüht. Der Filialleiter ist überaus kompetent und versteht auch die Sorgen und Wünsche seiner Kunden. TOP! N	Nadine R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vielleicht sollte man darüber nachdenken jemanden ins SB-Foyer zu stellen um die maximale Anzahl 1 Person zu kontrollieren. Jedes Mal sind mindestens 2 Menschen im SB-Foyer. Da hält sich niemand dran und wenn man die Menschen drauf aufmerksam macht wird man nur blöd angeschaut. Auch die Mitarbeiter am Schalter könnten ab und zu Mal einen Blick ins SB-Foyer werfen! Maybe you should think about putting someone in the self-service foyer to control the maximum number of 1 person. Every time there are at least 2 people in the self-service foyer. Nobody sticks to it and if you draw people's attention to it, they just look at you stupidly. The employees at the counter could also take a look at the self-service foyer from time to time!

L	Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richtig uninformiert und unfreundlich. Ich war zum zweiten Mal mit meinem Problem bei einer Frau, die beide Male was ganz anderes gesagt hat. Ich hatte ein technisches OnlineBanking Problem, was zugegeben ein richtiger Ausnahmefall war aber mit der richtigen Weiterleitung auch lösbar war. Die Frau, war beim zweiten Besuch lang nicht mehr so freundlich, wie sie beim ersten zu sein schien und obwohl es offensichtlich ein Problem mit dem OnlineBanking und somit mit Bank Austria war, hat sie mich weggeschickt und hat behauptet, dass ich das selber lösen muss und sie nichts machen kann. Letzendlich war ich bei einem kompetenten Mitarbeiter in der Hietzinger Filiale, der mir helfen konnte. Ich wohne in der Nähe, aber wahrscheinlich werde ich nicht wieder hierhin um meine Angelegenheiten zu klären. Really uninformed and unfriendly. It was the second time I had my problem with a woman who said something completely different both times. I had a technical online banking problem, which admittedly was a real exception but could be solved with the right forwarding. The woman was not as friendly on the second visit for a long time as she seemed on the first and although it was obviously a problem with online banking and thus with Bank Austria, she sent me away and claimed that I had to solve it myself and she can't do anything. In the end I was with a competent employee in the Hietzinger branch who was able to help me. I live nearby, but I probably won't go back here to clear up my business.

Kennt sich nicht aus und ist auch nicht interessiert daran, eine Lösung für das Problem zu finden. Schickt mich achselzuckend zur Konkurrenz, die auch dann in Windeseile das Problem lösen konnte. Sogar ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Absolutely underground in terms of customer service. Extremely unfriendly, disinterested lady at the checkout. Does not know what to do and is not interested in finding a solution to the problem. Sends me with a shrug of the shoulders to the competition, which was then able to solve the problem in no time at all. Even one star is still too many.
M	M Kra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beschwerde über Bankangestellten Hrn.Zoltan Csitkovits Am 06.12.2021 um 15:10 Uhr,war ich in der Bankfiliale Wien 1230,Endresstr.110 und musste folgendes vom Bank Angestellten beim Eingang,Service-Angestellten,Erleben: Der Angestellte war so unhöflich und hat sehr frech geantwortet..Das geht mir nicht in den Kopf,dass so eine Person in einem so renommierten Unternehmen arbeitet, weshalb ich mich verärget bei ihnen melde.
