★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von dieser Filiale bzw. Bank ist nur abzuraten!! Kundenwunsch wird nicht eingegangen sondern die bank schreibt einem Optionen vor. Zudem verfallen anscheinend einem alle Privilegien aus sobald ein Kontowechsel bevorsteht (kontowechsel ab 01.04) - auf gut deutsch ist man bei Not auf sich gestellt weil die bank einem nd mehr helfen WILL.
 We do not recommend this branch or bank !! Customer requests are not received, but the bank prescribes options. In addition, apparently all privileges expire as soon as an account change is imminent (account change from April 1st) - in good German you are on your own if necessary because the bank wants to help you nd more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Bank wurde am 15.Februar zur ersten Filiale ohne Kassa-Betrieb gemacht.
Hier gibt es keine Kassa!
Bei anderen Fragen wird zwar jeden Einzelnen geholfen. Aber hin und wieder bekommt man unterschiedliche Antworten und Mithilfe! Das Personal ist manchmal unfreundlich.
Mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Straßenbahn 49 + 9) ist diese Filiale erreichbar.
This bank was made the first branch without a cash register on February 15th.
There is no cash desk here!
With other questions each individual is helped. But every now and then you get different answers and help! The staff is rude at times.
