Hä?! Was zu Hölle...Organisation gleich Null... Appointment agreed by phone, the day after that I called back and asked when I would like the appointment although it was agreed, when everything was already clear and the appointment was day, we said no appointment was made! Huh ?! What the hell ... organization is zero ...
H	Harald Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon ewig Kunde Der Bank Austria haben schon in verschiedenen Bezirken in Wien gewohnt, aber so eine Filiale mit so dermaßen unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern hab ich noch nicht gesehen, ich fahre ab jetzt wieder zu meiner alten Filiale im 5. Bezirk, da ist mir der Weg egal. I've been a customer of Bank Austria for ages have lived in different districts of Vienna, but I have never seen a branch like this with such unfriendly employees. From now on I'm going back to my old branch in the 5th district, that's my place Way no matter.

F	Fabian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier wird Professionalität klein geschrieben. Für jedes noch so kleine Anliegen wartet man 10-15 Minuten. Teilweise sind nicht mal die Schalter besetzt. Ich muss leider gezwungenermaßen hier wöchentlich Geld abliefern und gefühlt macht jede*r Schalterbedienstete das zu allerersten mal. Here professionalism is written in small letters. For every concern, no matter how small, you wait 10-15 minutes. Sometimes the counters are not even manned. Unfortunately, I have to deliver money here every week and it feels like every counter clerk is doing this for the very first time.
P	Peter Powers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einmal musste ich letztes Jahr dorthin, musste verdammt lange warten nur um persönlich mit einem Bank-Mitarbeiter sprechen zu können. Musste eine Nummer ziehen. Ich war letzten Freitag wieder dort, und zu meiner positiven Überraschung musste ich dieses Mal keine Nummer ziehen und überhaupt gar nicht warten. Eine sehr freundliche und höfliche junge Mitarbeiterin fragte mich, was mein Anliegen seie, ich sagte ich will nur meine neuen Kontaktdaten bekannt geben, es war sehr gut. Ich bekam ausserdem auch noch gute hilfreiche Informationen zur Datensicherheit. Wenn es immer so gut läuft, dann bin ich wirklich gerne in dieser Bank. Weiter so! I had to go there once last year, had to wait a damn long time just to be able to speak to a bank employee in person. Had to draw a number. I went back last Friday, and to my pleasant surprise, this time I didn't have to pull a number or wait at all. A very friendly and polite young employee asked me what my concern was, I said I just want to give my new contact details, it was very good. I also got good, helpful information on data security. If things always go so well, then I really enjoy being at this bank. Keep it up!
