Spesen werden verrechnet, die als unbegründet (Mangels Sepalastschrift) sind. Als Kunde hat man nichts zu sagen. Kusch und zahle, scheint die Devise von Frau Art, derzeit Filialleiterin von der Filiale Breitensee, mit ihren Mitarbeitern an der Tagesordnung zu sein. Minus 10 Sterne für diese Filiale wäre noch zu gut bewertet. wer schützt unsere Persönlichkeitsrechte Frau Art. Filialeiterin? Wir sind nicht in Russland oder sonst wo, auch ich als 70 jähriger Mann habe Persönlichkeitsrechte, die die Filiale Breitensee unter Fil.Leiterin Claud. Art. untergraben hat. Ersparen Sie sich Ihre 08-15 Antworten, die nur als Selbstbeweihräucherung der Erste dienen sollen. Nicht nur die MitarbeierInnen haben Persönlichkeitsrechte. W	Winfried Strudl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich versuche seit über eine Woche meinen Berater zu erreichen. Keine Rückmeldung. insgesamt hat das Service der Ersten Bank sehr stark nachgelassen. Früher war ich sehr zufrieden und hätte jede/m die Erste Bank empfohlen, jetzt kann ich nur jede/m davon abraten dort Kunde zu werden. I've been trying to reach my advisor for over a week. No respond. Overall, the service provided by Erste Bank has deteriorated significantly. I used to be very satisfied and would have recommended Erste Bank to anyone, now I can only advise everyone against becoming a customer there.

Es ist sehr erbämlich und macht mich krank, was für Gesetze dieser Bank hat. Meine Geschwister wollten Geld abheben und da ich ihre Arbeitgeber bin, komm mit um ihnen dabei zu helfen, damit nichts schief läuft. Die Angestellte wollten mich rausschmeißen, obwohl ich da schon geklärt habe. Jedenfalls ich rate jedem von diesem Bank ab. Und sage, suche zuerst eine Bank, die die Kunden respektiert. Wenn RESPEKT weg ist, dann ist jede Sache im Leben, egal wie wertvoll ist; nichts. Ich werde demnächst eine neue Bank suchen, falls ihr Vorschläge habt, dann hier damit Danke und schönen Tag If there was less than a star I would already be there. Bin seit 30 Jahren Geschäftskunde. Service der Ersten Bank ist das letzte. Werde alles kündigen und wechseln !!! Ich kann mein Geld wo anders hin tragen und würde es jedem anderen auch empfehlen. First of all, if I could give zero stars I would do it. The man at the counter was so unfriendly and arrogant. I can take my money elsewhere and would recommend it to anyone else.

They speaks English and a lot of documents are translated to English as well. They are super friendly and customer oriented. I will recommend them to my friends. Thank you for the positive experience!
