★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben dort ein neues Quad gekauft. Das war ein großer Fehler. Kleinere Reparaturen konnten nicht fachmännisch durchgeführt werden. In der Bremsanlage war ständig Luft, Bremse funktionierte nur halb so gut usw... Ersatzteile brauchen auch mehrere Wochen oder Monate bis sie dort geliefert werden und auf den versprochenen Rückruf wartet man auch vergeblich!!!
Bought a new quad there. That was a big mistake. Smaller repairs could not be carried out professionally. There was always air in the brake system, the brake only worked half as well, etc. ... Spare parts also need several weeks or months to be delivered there and you wait in vain for the promised callback!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Sprachlos ! Online ein Motorrad gefunden und die Dinge telefonisch abgeklärt,mit dem Zug nach Hartberg gefahren ,dort wurden wir vom Chef persönlich vom Bahnhof abgeholt und das Motorrad war bereits fix fertig reisebereit . Ein Kundenservice welches man kein zweites Mal findet !!!
Nochmal vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team für die kompetente und herzliche Betreuung. So eine Firma gibt es kein zweites Mal!!!!

Simply speechless ! Found a motorcycle online and clarified things by phone, took the train to Hartberg, where we were personally picked up from the train station by the boss and the motorcycle was already ready to travel. A customer service that you won't find a second time !!!
