Obwohl das KTM Team in der Werkstatt alle Hände voll zu tun hatte, schoben sie unsere Maschine noch dazwischen. Nach zwei Tagen war der Fehler (anscheinend typisch für das Baujahr 2020 und bei KTM bekannt) behoben und wir konnten unsere Ausflüge fortsetzen. Ein großer Dank an das ganze Team für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe. This year we spent our motorcycle vacation in Vorarlberg / Austria. On the third day, the clutch on our KTM SMCR 690 was suddenly defective. Although the KTM team had their hands full in the workshop, they still pushed our machine in between. After two days the error (apparently typical for the year of construction 2020 and known at KTM) was fixed and we were able to continue our excursions. A big thank you to the whole team for the quick and uncomplicated help.

M	Mario Federer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuscht. Bei der Kaufabwicklung der neuen Adventure 790 Adventure R lief auch alles top und ich war noch richtig happy. Es wurde vergessen mir das COC Papier (zur Immatrikulation notwendig) auszuhändigen resp. zuzustellen . Anscheinend wurde es durch KTM zu spät verschickt. Dann wurde die falsche Navi Halterung montiert. Immer noch kein Problem, es kann ja mal ein Fehler passieren. Wechsel von ersten undichten Display, anlässlich des 1000 km Service i.O ausser dass der zuvor vorhandene Quickshifter rausgeworfen wurde. Kurz reklamiert umgekehrt und in 5 min war's dann wieder so wie es sein sollte. Für den Tausch vom Wellenausgang-Semmering inkl. Tausch vom erneut undichtem Display plus Wechsel vom Felgendichtband wurde im November 2020 2 Wochen benötigt. Was macht Ihr im Frühling, wenn alle Motorrad fahren wollen? Zu guter Letzt wurde mir dann das Fahrzeug, dass sauber geputzt war so wie auf den Fotos zurück gegeben. (Komplett mit Reifenmontierpaste verschmiert, Ventildeckel fehlt, Markierung undichte Speiche noch dran etc.) Menschlich mag ich Günter sehr, aber unter zuverlässigen Partnern verstehe ich etwas anderes. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich als Kunde wohlfühlt und weiss, dass das Motorrad in guten Händen ist und man sich um nichts kümmern muss (ausser natürlich den Termin). Unfortunately very disappointed. During the purchase process for the new Adventure 790 Adventure R, everything went very well and I was still really happy. I was forgotten to hand over the COC paper (necessary for matriculation) or to send . Apparently it was sent too late by KTM. Then the wrong GPS mount was installed. Still no problem, mistakes can happen. Change of the first leaky display, on the occasion of the 1000 km service OK except that the previously existing Quickshifter was thrown out. Briefly complained the other way around and in 5 minutes it was back as it should be. For the replacement of the shaft exit Semmering including replacement of the again leaky display plus replacement of the rim sealing tape, 2 weeks were needed in November 2020. What do you do in spring when everyone wants to ride a motorcycle? Finally, I was given back the vehicle that was cleanly cleaned as in the photos. (Completely smeared with tire fitting paste, valve cover missing, marking leaky spoke still on, etc.) In human terms, I like Günter very much, but by reliable partners I mean something else. It would be nice if you feel comfortable as a customer and know that the motorcycle is in good hands and you don't have to worry about anything (except, of course, the appointment).
