★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor customer service and accounts management. Don't reply to emails and certainly don't try to make it easy for their customers. All fine until something goes wrong and then they are useless. Shame as we liked the products but now so annoyed by their lack of helpful communications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In spite of their products this company is not great. Their communication with the customer is poor. I several times explained to them by email that due to their website being in German I mistakenly chose to send bank transfer when I wanted to pay by card. They never replied. However after a few months they replied asking for the payment by transfer and with added fees of £6,80.
I do not understand why they didn’t reply to me
earlier and why they didn’t send me a pay by card link. I won’t buy more of their products. Silly to loose a customer by poor customer service.
Also every time you order they send you a towel and lot of leaflets which is not eco-friendly. I don’t want a towel every time and a lot of paper. Thank you

I think it's better to buy a high quality product locally than Ringana's cosmetics (in Poland for example Mokosh or Ministerstwo Dobrego Mydła). Also, they claim to be eco-friendly and send 10 different leaflets. I guess we understand being eco-friendly differently. Money we spend for their products they spend on marketing not on building an eco-friendly company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent over 400 euros on an order that has not been delivered or refunded. It's been nearly three months now since the day I placed the order, but Ringana keep blaming it on the courier who, apparently, lost the parcel.
