★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is big and easily accessible. Rooms are cozy, with lots of space available. The SPA, free for the guest, has saunas, steam bath, pools and relaxing rooms. Breakfast is rich, with many choices among sweet and salted food, delicious the apricot homemade jam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. After entrance, 3 waiters passed by, without saying anything. After some minutes we just walked in to find our table (had reservation). Once seated, one waitress brought water and the menu,'s; no ask for ordering any drinks. 20 minutes (!!!) later, we managed to get one waitress to come to us. This after 2 other waitresses already seeing us (making gesture to get attention/order), but only smiled back as they aren't allowed to take orders (and they didn't tell their colleagues who were allowed to take orders, that we were waiting there for 20 minutes already...).
That was just the start, believe me, many other things went wrong from a service perspective as well, but hopefully the above says enough: do not go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant had good variety of foods, not only traditional. Decent salad buffet, good personnel though they seemed a little under pressure and nice patio to sit outside despite being on the street.
