★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly rude service. No information is provided when a bus is late. You thought you had missed it because it was not on the screen anymore, but actually it had not arrived yet! The ticket officer would just tell you to wait outside because "I don't know"! I'm so happy I don't have to come back to this dirty place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third-world type bus terminal. Non-working restrooms, confusing signs, rude, unhelpful staff. Plenty of beggars. Arrive early so you have plenty of time to find your gate, because it is going to be frustrating.

Dirty, no facilities apart from a toilet & lockers which open at 6.30am and close at 9pm so if you have a bus arriving/departing at other times you have basically no facilities (luckily we found a toilet free of charge at the U station across the road!). Shocking if you think this is an international bus station in a capital city. I totally agree with someone saying it's a third-world standard. Needs major improvement.
