★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte ein defektes Schaltauge und eine Defekte Schaltung. Die Reparatur wurde praktisch abgelehnt, weil sich das nicht auszahlt und mindestens 200€ kostet. In Langschlag war das Rad nach 3 Tagen um 70€ repariert.
I had a defective derailleur hanger and a defective gearshift. The repair was practically refused because it doesn't pay off and costs at least € 200. In Langschlag, the bike was repaired for € 70 after 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin total happy gewesen. Ganz spontan mit Fahrrad Ketten Problem im Laden gewesen. Super freundlich und Hilfsbereit sich dem Problem gewidmet. Fahrtest auf der Straße und in der Werkstatt gemacht. Außerdem bekam ich den Lenker angepasst, nachdem ich mein Fahrproblem geschildert hab, mit viel Tipps dazu. Keine Nerdigen Fahrradfreaks die blöd schauen wenn man amateurhafte Fragen stellt. Und ich habe nur die Trinkgeld Kasse gefüllt. Danke!!!
I was totally happy. There was a spontaneous problem in the store with bicycle chains. Super friendly and helpful to the problem. Driving test done on the road and in the workshop. I also got the handlebars adjusted after I described my driving problem with lots of tips. No nerdy bike freaks who look stupid when you ask amateur questions. And I just filled the tip box. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We speak German but felt quite unwelcome when one of the owners told us in no uncertain way a certain Ortlieb bag part we were looking for did not exist (it does exist, we brought it along) and the other owner went on to speak in rapid and heavy Austrian dialect which we as foreign bike tourers obviously couldn't understand. Decent selection of stuff but quite unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst bicycle maintenance experience of my life.
Being charged for work that was not even completed, the front brakes on my bike were still rubbing when I went to pick up the bike even though they were trying to charge me nearly 50 euros for the 'work they had done'.
The rear wheel was not done up tight and the rear gears needed to be aligned again after I picked it up. There was no test ride made to test if things were actually completed which is not good enough, especially for the price!
Terrible maintenance work and attention to detail.
The hourly rate and the time it takes them to do basic bicycle maintenance is HORRIBLE ending up in extremely high bills for the extra time it took them to perform simple tasks.
Would not recommend them to anyone and will not be going back there again.
