Great service from Maximilian. Everything explained very well and transparently. Car was clean. Handing it in after the office closes is not a problem, as the car is stationed in a TG.

Fast and uncomplicated collection after booking online via Öamtc. Courteous, friendly staff, everything was explained in an understandable way. The return outside of the opening hours was also uncomplicated and the billing via email was no problem. Gladly again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original 5 Stern Bewertungen: Über ein Vergleichsportal gebucht, hat mich der hervorragende Telefonservice von Enterprise zweimal aus der Klemme geholt - sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Wenn das Auto zur morgigen Abholung tatsächlich da steht, verdient ihr einen 6. Stern!
Edit von 5 auf 2 Sterne: Eine Stunde vor Abholung eine Email erhalten, dass die Stornierung die sie am Vortag telefonisch rückgängig gemacht haben, doch wieder tätigen müssen. Kein Gegenangebot zu ähnlichen Konditionen, nichts. Trotzdem sehr freundlich, warum mir diese Bewertung schwer fällt.
Original 5 star ratings: Booked through a comparison portal, the excellent telephone service from Enterprise got me out of a jam twice - very helpful staff. If the car is actually there to be picked up tomorrow, you deserve a 6th star!
Edit from 5 to 2 stars: Receive an email one hour before collection that the cancellation that you canceled the previous day by phone must be made again. No counter offer on similar terms, nothing. Still very friendly, why I find this rating difficult.

The vehicle was new and in posh conditions. Loved the drive.
