Mehrfachkunde bei Budget. Aber nicht mehr. Wehe man benötigt Kundenservice. Bei meiner letzten Buchung bis zum 1.11 wurde mir ohne Vorinfo und mit Falschinfo ein Auto ohne Winterreifen vermietet. Ein Autotausch war unmöglich zu organisieren bzw. schob eine Filiale elegant die Anfrage auf die nächste. Nach vorzeitiger Retournierung des Fahrzeuges wird auf mehrere Anfragen per eMail seit Wochen nicht reagiert. Man geht einfach davon aus, dass ein Kunde irgendwann einfach aufgibt. Als regelmässiger Mietwagenfahrer werde ich kein Mietwagen von Budget/Avis mehr nehmen und empfehle es auch niemanden, weil Sie im Servicefall im Regen stehen gelassen werden. Auch die Antwort vom Inhaber das Social Media Team (!) zu kontaktieren, finde ich dreist. Dies ist ein anhängiger Fall und das "Service Team" sollte ihre offenen eMails kontrollieren
Multiple customers at Budget. But not anymore. Woe to need customer service. With my last booking up to November 1st, I was rented a car without winter tires without prior information and with incorrect information. It was impossible to organize a car exchange or one branch elegantly pushed the request to the next. After returning the vehicle early, there has been no response to several email inquiries for weeks. You just assume that at some point a customer will just give up. As a regular rental car driver, I will no longer take a rental car from Budget / Avis and I will not recommend it to anyone because you will be left out in the rain in the event of service. I also find the answer from the owner to contact the social media team (!) Bold. This is a pending case and the Service Team should check your open emails

Zunächst wurde mir ein beschädigtes Auto gegeben, wo der Schaden noch nicht vermerkt war, obwohl es eine echt große Delle an der rechten Seite des Autos war - sogar die Beifahrertür war verzogen. Dann habe ich das Auto um einen Tag verlängert und pünktlich, sowie vollgetankt, zurückgegeben. Im Nachhinein wurden mir dafür knappe 400€ extra verrechnet. Kundenservice sagt, die Prüfung des Sachverhalts dauert über 2 Wochen - was ich in Anbetracht dieses sehr hohen Betrages einfach wahnsinnig unverschämt finde. Bin sehr unzufrieden, und werde diese Vermietung in Zukunft mit einem großen Bogen meiden. EDIT: Nach Gesprächen über das Social Media Team konnten wir die Reklamation schneller und zu meiner Zufriedenheit regeln.
First I was given a damaged car that hadn't yet been recorded, although there was a really big dent on the right side of the car - even the passenger door was warped. Then I extended the car by one day and returned it on time, with a full tank of fuel. In retrospect, I was charged an extra € 400 for this. Customer service says it takes more than 2 weeks to check the facts - which I find insolently outrageous considering this very high amount. I am very dissatisfied and will avoid this rental with a wide range in the future. EDIT: After discussions with the social media team, we were able to settle the complaint faster and to my satisfaction.

Passt gut auf!! Die Autos sind teilweise in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Und wollte man eines mit kaputter Felge und kaputtem Reifen gegeben. Das ist lebensgefährlich!
Pay attention!! Some of the cars are in very bad condition. And if you wanted one with a broken rim and broken tire. That is life-threatening!

If you want to get robbed please do book with this guys. Not only they don’t go out to check the car with you, they will proceed to steal your money to be able to cover someone else’s damage. I know for a fact that the car rented by me and my husband was not damaged by us. Before leaving the car rental my husband went back to the office and told the lady that she did not mark all the damages the car had in the contract (back wheel and door scratches) and she said it is fine.. well our bad for trusting her, it was not. Someone screwed the front wheel pretty bad as well as the back one. We were charged for the back wheel since it was not mentioned in the contract. ? what an absolute joke. Unprofessional and ridiculous. We do rent quite often but won’t be with Budget again..

Service and car was great. Even better than I expected! Stuff makes even hard decisions for you, so I was happier:) but was only a problem to find them, because google maps location is not right. It’s right under the ground in Votiv Park garage, right where avis is. U2 Schottentor Universtät

After we returned a car, following day we were informed that a damage was identified near the front left headlight. Image of what appeared to be a scratch and an invoice for cca EUR 900 was sent to us. We went immediately to check a car one more time. Staff directed us to a car and after inspecting it we saw that it was not a scratch, but a stain which I removed with some water and 10 euro cent napkin. This is bad service at hand. We will see what happens in the next few days, but for all renting here be aware that things like this are happening (images of the front left wing with stain removed are attached).

WORST SERVICE EVER! We have booked a car online, it was supposed to be Mercedes B class, but when we arrived to pick up the car, this rental service had only Seat Leon to offer. They said it the same class car, but it's not (it's smaller and way other thing considering the interior). Then we found out there are NO such cars as we have booked! So why are you promising Mercedes B class or similar, if you can neither offer Mercedes, neither similar?! They are misleading their clients! When we tried to solve this situation, there was no help from the rental manager, she was rude and reluctant to solve the situation. But we needed a car, and in the end we were ready to rent the Seat they offered. But then this manager just said: "No, I refuse to give you this car! I will make a cancellation and you will have your money back in couple days." She gave us confirmation papers and we left without a car and without money. It's been more than a month since then and we still haven't get our money back, as promised. And now they say they have offered us everything and there will be no refund! This is a fraud! They refused to give us a car we have paid for, the manager was rude to us and now they refuse to give our money back! So be aware of this "customer service" and avoid Budget Rental and especially this office!
