Da ist für jeden was dabei. Yoga , Crossfit, Mobility , Pump, Powershape ect...Gemeinsam wird der innere Schweinehund leichter überwunden und es macht einfach mehr Spaß! Bei gutem Wetter finden die Kurse im großzügigen Aussenbereich statt.(Muscle Beach läßt grüßen)? Also , worauf wartet ihr noch? Very well equipped studio with excellent trainers. Super pleasant atmosphere! I can particularly recommend the different courses. There is something for everyone. Yoga, Crossfit, Mobility, Pump, Powershape ect ... Together, it is easier to overcome your weaker self and it is simply more fun! When the weather is good, the courses take place in the spacious outdoor area. (Greetings from Muscle Beach) ? Es wird dir auch alles super erklärt und du stehst nicht allein da wenn du dich nicht auskennst. Ich kann es allen nur empfehlen die eine wirklich gutes fitnessstudio suchen. A really nice studio and the best trainers I know in the area. People are all really great. Everything is also explained to you very well and you are not alone if you do not know your way around. I can only recommend it to everyone who is looking for a really good gym.
