Very well trained trainer with the talent to recognize weaknesses quickly and to train them very specifically. Highly Recommended!

Er kann einen sehr motivieren und geht super individuell Auf jeden ein. Siggi sticht fuer mich deutlich aus der Masse der unzaehligen Trainer hervor, bin froh ihn gefunden zu haben. Seeeehr zu empfehlen. Er ist Echt, keine Mogelpackung?!!! Siggi is a super nice person, very grounded and relaxed. Nothing escapes his professional eye, he immediately knows "where the problem is". He can motivate you very much and is very individual. For me, Siggi stands out from the crowd of innumerable trainers, I'm glad to have found him. Very recommendable. It's real, not a sham !!!

Er geht voll auf ihre Bedürfnisse ein und ist ein total lieber Trainer, auch wenn er recht "wild" ausschaut. Einmal Vertrauen gefasst, läuft das Training wie geschmiert. Bei mir ist es eine Mischung aus Selbstverteidigung und Indirektem Fitnessprogramm. Einfach TOP My children have been enthusiastic participants in a children's course for over 2 years. He is fully responsive to your needs and is a really nice coach, even if he looks pretty "wild". Once you have confidence, the training runs like clockwork. For me it's a mix of self-defense and an indirect fitness program. Simply TOP

My daughter (11) and I love the personal touch and how both Sigi and his wife tailor the sessions to the individual needs and levels even within a group session. What a lovely power couple that complement one another very well.
