★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Trainingsprogramm ist sehr individuell, trotzdem sehr abwechslungsreich und vielseitig.
1) Schwächen wurden erkannt und entsprechende Übungen trainiert
2) Verbesserung der körperlichen Fitness
3) Sichtbare Fortschritte
4) Die Durchführung der Übungen wird genau beobachtet und wenn nötig korrigiert
5) Sehr gute Motivationsarbeit: ich wurde motiviert, jedesmal schwierigere Übungen zu machen. Darüber hinaus hatte (habe) ich den Wunsch, auch die Übungen für mich durchzuführen, um das erreichte nicht wieder zu verlieren
Ich bin froh mich für ein Personal Training entschieden zu haben und den richtigen Trainer gefunden zu haben.
 The training program is very individual, yet very varied and versatile.
