Nobody picks up, given up after half an hour on hold, website for entering the meter reading does not work. THIS IS NOT A SERVICE !!!

1000 mal telefonieren, jeder verspicht dass er sich kümmert und zurück ruft und passieren tut nichts! Ich muss mich echt zusammenreißen das ich nicht ausfällig werde aber so eine miese Sache hab ich selten erlebt. Bin kurz davor das ich den Strom von oben abzweige.
Solche faulen Menschen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist man ja angewiesen auf die Energie Netze, das bekommt man auch hinsichtlich Service und Kosten zu spüren. Diese Firma ist wirklich der beste Grund dafür, daß man sich als Verbraucher - sofern nur irgendwie möglich - so schnell wie möglich energieautark aufstellt, damit man nichts mehr mit ihnen zu tun haben muß
Unfortunately, one is dependent on the energy grids, which is also felt in terms of service and costs. This company is really the best reason why you as a consumer - if only somehow possible - make yourself energy self-sufficient as quickly as possible so that you don't have to have anything to do with them any more
