Dieses Mal war die persönliche Betreuung topp, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Man merkt deutlich, dass die Chefin fachlich topp ist (sie gewinnt regelmäßig Preise!), sich um Kundenbetreuung bemüht und auch an ihren Deutsch-Sprachkenntnissen arbeitet! Die Maniküre war sorgfältig, schnell, professionell und äußerst kompetent und ich habe eine Freude mit dem Resultat! Weiter so und danke - ich komme wieder! Yayyyy - there are still traders who are open to constructive criticism - hallelujah! This time the personal care topp, attentive and accommodating! You can clearly see that the boss is technically topp (she regularly wins prizes!), Strives for customer care and also works on their German language skills! The manicure was meticulous, fast, professional and extremely competent and I am delighted with the result! Keep it up and thanks - I'll be back!
V	Veronika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Alptraum! Es wird vor den Kunden nur in einer osteuropäischen Sprache gesprochen. Äußerst unangenehm, da man nichts versteht. Der Friseur selbst kann KEIN Deutsch, außer ein paar wenige Brocken. Wollte für meinen blondierten Pagenkopf eine Keratin-Behandlung lassen machen, da ich meinen Haaren was Gutes tun wollte und es auf deren homepage als so pflegend und reparierend für das Haar angepriesen wurde. Leider war hier das Gegenteil der Fall! Es wurden mir bei dieser Behandlung meine kompletten Haare mit dem Glätteisen verbrannt! Seitdem sind sie wie Watte, und total trocken und kaputt. Noch dazu haben sie jetzt einen Gelbstich, den man nicht wegbekommt. Nach Rücksprache mit anderen 2 Frisören, war anscheinend das Glätteisen viel zu heiß eingestellt und hätte aber so oder so niemals (da blondiert) geglättet werden sollen. So kaputt haben sie Haare schon seit Jahrzenten nicht mehr gesehen! Absolut keine Empfehlung! A nightmare! Only one Eastern European language is spoken in front of customers. Extremely uncomfortable because you don't understand anything. The hairdresser himself CANNOT speak German, except for a few words. I wanted to have a keratin treatment for my bleached page head because I wanted to do something good for my hair and it was advertised on their homepage as being so caring and repairing for the hair. Unfortunately the opposite was the case here! During this treatment, all of my hair was burned with the straightening iron! Since then they have been like cotton wool, and totally dry and broken. In addition, they now have a yellow tinge that cannot be removed. After consulting with other 2 hairdressers, the straightening iron was apparently set too hot and should never have been straightened either way (because it was bleached). You haven't seen hair this broken for decades! Absolutely no recommendation!

Die Wartezeiten sind unglauchlich lang!! Die Mitarbeiterin telephoniert der ganze Zeit! Die Preise beatimmt die Arbeiterin selbst! Sehr schlecht einfach 1 Stern ist nur für wie die Nägeln nach 3 Stunden Arbeit ausschauen... The service is very professional and the atmosphere is very clean but the staff only talk to each other in Bulgarian and it is non-stop !!! The waiting times are incredibly long! The employee is on the phone all the time! The workers themselves determine the prices! Very bad simply 1 star is only for how the nails look after 3 hours of work ...

Ich habe den Salon darauf aufmerksam gemacht (Emails, Anrufe, Facebook), leider hat sich bei mir KEINER gemeldet! Super unprofessionell! Ich kann den Salon leider gar nicht empfehlen - die Preisen ändern sich immer nach der Laune der “Chefin”. Und Service ist auch nicht was großartiges, ich habe immer zwischen 15 und 40 Minuten gewartet, obwohl ich einen Termin hätte. The boss, Pepi, is unfriendly. She also cheated me on the price (manicure with shellac)! I made the salon aware of this (emails, calls, Facebook), unfortunately, NONE got in touch with me! Super unprofessional! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the salon at all - the prices always change according to the mood of the “boss”. And service isn't great either, I always waited between 15 and 40 minutes even though I had an appointment.

Wenn die Frau sich daran gestört fühlt, dass die Leute bulgarisch sprechen soll sie doch irgendwo anders hingehen und das dreifache bezahlen. Dann kann Sie sich auf wienerisch unterhalten. Der Friseur ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. The hairdresser is one of the best I've ever gotten to know. If the woman is bothered by people speaking Bulgarian she should go somewhere else and pay three times as much. Then you can talk in Viennese style. The hairdresser is unreservedly recommended.
K	Kir Sche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Frisör hat sich bemüht, allerdings ich hab mir was anderes gewünscht. Es war sehr mühsam, weil er kein Wort Deutsch und kein Englisch versteht. Ich bin da sehr offen und hab versucht entgegen zu kommen, aber leider die Kommunikation war unmöglich. Ich gebe drei Sterne, weil ich schlimmere Frisörbesuche erlebt habe. The hairdresser tried, but I wanted something else. It was very difficult because he didn't understand a word of German or English. I'm very open and tried to meet, but unfortunately communication was impossible. I'm giving it three stars because I've seen worse hairdresser visits.

The mens hairdresser, Boris, is extremely careful with detail, takes his time, and obviously knows his job very well. if you have just a little bit of patience with his basic level of German and English ( maybe show him a photo of how you want to be cut), it will be very much rewarded. I hope they stay this competent also when they become more established, as I think they are now only starting their business.

Bobby took care of me and without a doubt he is super professional, friendly and tied with what I wanted in my hair !! Even though I was in a hurry, he treated my hair with precision and the result was great! I will definitely be back !! 1000% highly recommended. Thank you dear Bobby !!
