Die gezielten Massagen und Muskel-Stimulationen + die super Übungen danach, die man super Zuhause alleine nachmachen kann haben mir sehr geholfen die Verspannungen verschwinden zu lassen und meine Rücken Probleme in den Griff zu bekommen!
