★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Training, tolle Trainer und die Ems Technologie macht es einfach mit sehr wenig Zeiteinsatz wirklich gut Muskeln aufzubauen. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten ist man inklusive umziehen, trainieren und duschen fertig, also gerade für berufstätige Menschen wirklich praktisch. Ersetzt natürlich eher das Fitnessstudio als das Cardio Training, aber die Effekte sind wirklich schnell sichtbar. Das Studio ist außerdem top sauber und die Trainer immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
 Great training, great trainers and the EMS technology makes it easy to build muscles really well with very little time. Within 30 minutes you can change your clothes, train and shower, which is really practical for working people. Of course, it is more of a replacement for the gym than cardio training, but the effects are really quickly visible. The studio is also very clean and the trainers are always friendly and helpful.
