★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place with the best staff in Europe! It's located in the center of the tourism area and from here it is easy to reach all the attractions. There is a wide variety of rooms including a wheelchair accessible one. The morning buffet was delicious and the 'tea time' at 12, which has a wide selection of teas from France is surprisingly relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel with very committed staff. Beautiful rooms, very well appointed and clean. Great breakfast and after tea and cake only a light snack and a drink in the "honesty bar was enough for dinner. The hotel tour was worthwhile so we could see the variety and style of rooms.

We spent pre-Christmas days at Vienna.
Thanks a lot for the team of the hotel - they were able to book a nice table for the Christmas dinner at 24.12.
Room was modern, spacious and comfort!
Strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a lot of charm and they have art everywhere you look. The location is good — there are many interesting shops and restaurants nearby and it is a short walk to several museums. The service is friendly too. We’ve stayed several times and will definitely stay again when we come back to Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, unique hotel in a cute neighbourhood full of trendy cafes and a short walk to all the main tourist attractions in the old town. Each hotel room has its own theme, I stayed in the cinematic room with a pull down projector that covered the entire window. So nice to sit in bed and relax with a big screen for Netflix. I actually had issues trying to connect my laptop to the projector and the maintenance guys helped me for so long until the problem was fixed. Hotel is quiet and easy to sleep. Short walk to a bus, tram or train station. Great selection of savoury and sweet at the buffet breakfast. They also have afternoon tea from 4-6pm, which always included some freshly baked cake. Walking around the hotel is like walking through an art gallery, with art displayed through all the hallways. It’s a very beautiful and colourful place to stay.
